Initial Review of the FreeTress Go Go Curl Hair
Now, let's jump right into my initial review of the FreeTress Go Go Curl hair. As some of you may know, I have been on a 365-day journey of avoiding heat on my hair. For the first two months, I rocked the FreeTress Deep Twist hair, which I absolutely loved. But this time, I decided to switch things up and try the FreeTress Go Go Curl hair.
I purchased the hair for $5.99 per pack at my local beauty supply store, and I ended up using a total of five packs. I have to admit, I was a bit worried about running out of hair towards the end, but luckily, I managed to make it work. In the back, I even cut one pack in half to achieve a shorter length. The back length is 13 inches, while the rest of the hair measures 26 inches.
When the stylist installed the hair, I immediately noticed that the curls were tighter compared to the FreeTress Deep Twist hair. They resembled ringlets and reminded me of a tight wand curl. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the hair stayed intact during the installation process. In the past, I've experienced issues with crochet hair unraveling while being installed, but this time, I had no such problems.
