Although Nashville, Tennessee (where I live), has experienced temperatures hitting 98, 99, and even 100 degrees, the highest average temperature recorded has been 89 degrees. As a result, we have primarily used the color coral throughout July, with only a handful of days in the 70s.

During my temperature blanket updates, many of you asked whether I would crochet the days spent in Los Angeles (LA) using the LA temperatures or continue with the Nashville temperatures. To maintain consistency and avoid confusion, I decided to start a second temperature project: a temperature pillow.
