Part Two: Round 18 and Round 19

In this tutorial, we will continue crocheting the little bird amigurumi. If you haven't watched part one yet, make sure to check it out first. We will be covering rounds 18 and 19 in this section.

2.1. Decreasing the Stitches

To start round 18, we need to decrease the stitches. Begin by finding the first stitch of the round. Be cautious not to accidentally crochet into the wrong stitch. Crochet the first two stitches together to create a decrease. Repeat this decrease once more.

2.2. Single Crocheting and Increasing

After the decreases, single crochet five stitches. Count each stitch carefully: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Now, it's time to increase. Single crochet two stitches into the same stitch. Repeat this increase once more.

2.3. Finishing Round 19

Following the increases, single crochet six stitches: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. To complete round 19, finish with two invisible decreases. This means crocheting two stitches together using the front loops only. Perform the first invisible decrease, then the second.

Part Three: Round 20 and Round 21

Welcome to part three of the little bird amigurumi tutorial. In this section, we will cover rounds 20 and 21.

3.1. Continuing the Decreases and Single Crochets

To begin round 20, make one invisible decrease. After that, single crochet six stitches: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. Following the single crochets, make an increase by single crocheting two stitches into the same stitch.

3.2. Finalizing Round 21

Continuing round 21, single crochet six stitches: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. There should be four stitches left. Finish the round with three invisible decreases. Crochet the front loops of the last four stitches together to form the decreases.

Stay tuned for part four, where we will secure stitches, shape the legs and feet, and fill the amigurumi.
