Repeat this process, increasing the number of double crochets for the puff stitch as needed, until the end of row 10. Finish with a chain 1, slip stitch in the beginning double crochet, chain 1, and tie off.

Row 11: Continuing Bag Construction

Return to the main color yarn for the bag. Attach the new yarn with a slip stitch on the chain 1 space and chain 1. Make 3 hdc in every chain 1 space around this row. From row 12 to 19, continue making 84 hdc in the round, making sure to mark the beginning stitch for each row.
